Digital is permeating every aspect of life: interactions, commerce, work and entertainment, the way we receive and give services, and more. What skills do the citizens of this new world need to have? Taking change to the grassroots
Neutrinos’ Winds of Change program provides training and work opportunities to youth from disenfranchised communities.
Winds of Change
A program instituted in 2019 to create opportunities for youth from South Africa lacking college education or marketable skills. The program imparts technical and domain knowledge to these youth, making them ready to be active contributors to the digital economy, and bring their passion and creativity to life in building digital solutions. More than 40+ youths have been trained under the program so far and more than 10 are now employed in Neutrinos as digital developers.
We organize ideathons, startup idea mentoring sessions, as well as platform thinking sessions to spark and encourage an entrepreneurial mindset.
College-Level Initiatives
Neutrinos organizes ideathons at college and university level to unleash student creativity. These are sessions where students pitch their startup ideas and receive feedback and inputs from a CXO-level mentor panel drawn from different industries. To encourage a spirit of competition, winners are awarded seed funding and further mentoring opportunities.
Our “Digital Imaginators” program is an intense 4-day workshop for 9th graders, giving them first-hand experience of digital-era ideation and experience design.
Digital Imaginators: School-level workshops
Digital Imaginators is a 4-day workshop format aimed at 9th graders. This unique workshop aims to impart a vibrant curiosity and eagerness to apply digital thinking to look at problems and opportunities in entirely new ways, with a structured framework to give shape to their imagination. Our first workshop, conducted at a school in Bangalore, saw 40+ students get together, coming up with incredible ideas, conceptualization and design based on their diverse interests. They also experienced the speed and simplicity with which these ideas could be turned into rich, functional apps.
Mentoring sessions for innovators from different communities across students and early startups to showcase their ideas, get platform thinking awareness, and co-ideate
Startup Mentoring and Ideation
We have also tied up with startup ecosystems such as The Indus Enterprises (TIE) and Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) to reach a broader base of students as well as early-stage startups and innovators. We provide them with mentorship, idea development support, and enablement access on the Neutrinos platform (as applicable.)
Neutrinos’ training programs imbibe composable app development skills and business domain knowledge to professionals
Developer Training Programs
Neutrinos provides a range of developer training avenues, including certification programs. Our empaneled training partner network provides classroom-based trainings in multiple locations, as well as online self-paced trainings.
